The Namib Desert is home to a small population of lions that survive in a hostile environment. Wildlife filmmakers Will and Lianne Steenkamp will shed light on these unique big cats and how they carve a life for themselves among the sand dunes.
Having spent several years tracking them in the field, Will and Lianne Steenkamp will introduce us to the Namib Desert’s most charismatic predator. Desert-adapted lions have to deal with harsh elements, vast distances and scant food resources, but nevertheless they manage to rule as king of the desert.
