Wild is without a doubt one of the best wildlife magazines on the shelves. It actually propels the reader into the bush to hear the lions and the birds and smell the fynbos or the camp fire. – SA Publication Forum Awards judge’s comment

Wild magazine-SA Forum Publication Awards (2)

Attending this year’s SA Publication Forum Awards ceremony in Johannesburg were Igna Schneider (content director), Petro du Toit (creative director) and Hein Grobler (Wild Card Programme manager).

Romi Boom, Wild magazine editor since 2010, couldn’t be prouder. “None of this would be possible without all of our amazing and dedicated contributors who make our life a joy and our job a pleasure. The Wild Card community is our eyes and ears in the wilderness places we all long to visit. We package their experiences for all to share and enjoy, and entice our readers to plan unforgettable nature trips by publishing evocative and eloquent conservation articles.”
