We have been buying wildcards for about three years between my wive and myself, and are YET to get our physical card.
This is REALLY a poor show.

I registered for a wild card in August 2018 for the first time and I have also not received my wild card nor any communication whatsoever about it.
Please advise.
Banks can issue a credit card within days, they have millions of customers – you have a mere fraction of that.
How difficult can it be…..!!??

And when you phone the head office some rude person tells you, you have received it ,Ad needles to say
you are NOT to argue with person on other side of the phone , POOR SHOW just SHOWS they need your
support like a tooth ache

Due to the lack of physical wild cards why don’t you offer an electronic version like an app? That way the member can choose card or app and no more plastic (environment friendly) and cost effective!

It is all good and well to have your “Confirmation Letter”, however some of the Parks’ gate staff will not accept this, as they want to “SEE THE CARD”.
Could you thus speed up the sending out of our Wild Cards and at the same time inform your uninformed staff about this situation, as it is not good at all??
I would like like to know what the response is to that great eco suggestion.
So what can the problem be with the staff when you present a confirmation letter and present your ID to confirm your identity? I find that the confirmation letter works very well as I frequently visit places where they do not have the computer system available to verify that the Wild Card is still valid on the day when I visit. On the confirmation letter everything appears that they need!
Has anyone received the Wild magazine?
We are new Wild Card members and have only seen the e-reader in the emails, but never received a physical copy.
The first e-reader magazine we read via the e-mail had 4 pages missing, and I sent an email asking for either a physical copy or a re-issued e-reader magazine. I never received a response.

Hi Wild Card
I paid for my annual Wild Card in November 2018 and completed all the documents etc. I live in the UK and will be visiting Kruger in mid March and I still have not received my actual Wild Card. Please send this to me urgently as I do not want to be setting off on my holiday in S Africa without it, and do not want any issues getting into Kruger for my 9 night stay having paid so much money for this annual pass. Please advise

I purchased my Wild Card at Crocodile Bridge on 24th October 2018. I received a purchase confirmation letter dated 4/11/18 , application No: 3210681 (receipt no: PMT11306843), but still await my actual card. As I am returning to the Kruger for another holiday at the beginning of April, I would appreciate you sending my card as a matter of some urgency.

Hi Guys, I just tried to renew my card on the SANParks website. First the page asks for at least two pieces of information to find your profile. That worked. Then it asks for two more pieces of information to confirm – when I type this in, the page returns blank. Tried all sorts of things, but it’s simply broken.
So then I tried to report the problem using the contact form. Filled it all in, including the captcha field. The page returns an error message saying,
“Failed!
Sorry, CAPTCHA information is missing.”
So there are at least two serious (and obviously irritating/disappointing) problems on the website. What now?

I enjoy visting kruger staff very helpfull courteous and smilling and helping were its need its a plesausre dealing with compatent people i visted kruger in 2014 with a friend we has no issues or hassels you treat people with respect you will get respect back
We have just spent 2 weeks daily visiting the KNP during the Christmas rush.
Of the 8 family members 5 used their confirmation letters.
There was never a query or problem.
Everyone of the staff greeted us with a big smile and were very courteous.
I cannot see why people who have not yet been issued with a card are complaining.
I’ve had no hassles being without the card.
Simply forward the confirmation letter to your notes or memo facility on your cell phone.
I see a lot of negative comments here and wish to highlight that I renew over the internet every year, get the letter within a minute or two, get the card updated when I go to a park and generally have no problems at all. The website has given trouble once or twice over the years, but mostly it works fine. I also get the Wild magazine in both electronic and hard copy as regular as clockwork. I have to wonder how much is a SANParks problem and how much user error.
