It may be the smallest national park, but the Breede River Valley and Langeberg make for a big backdrop for an active holiday. Situated close to the quaint town of Swellendam, the park is easily accessible for a day visit or longer stay.
Bontebok is the smallest, most intimate national park in the country. The campsite is lovely: many of the stands are literally carved into the forest, and shade, grass and braais are plentiful.
