The leopard managed to keep his nerve and the hyenas eventually lost interest, giving the youngster an opportunity to escape!

This series was taken using a Canon 70-200 f2.8 IS on a Canon 1D mark lll body as well as using a Canon 500 f4 IS Lens on a second Canon 1D mark ll body.
