Trip report: Camdeboo National Park
Encircling the town of Graaff-Reinet, Camdeboo National Park is an excellent base from which to explore the area. Clarissa Hughes won a stay at the park's new Lakeview Tented Camp. She spent four days there and says each one was filled to the brim with activity.

2013 Namaqua - Flowers Beach Camp - Open for bookings

Flood update: Kruger
Areas in and around the Kruger National Park experienced heavy rainfall in January 2013. Several of the park entrance gates, camps, roads and other facilities were closed following the floods, but many have reopened.

Karoo lions put on a show
