You are invited to participate in a research study conducted by SANParks, Reservation House and the Department of Tourism Management, Faculty of Economic and Management Sciences, University of Pretoria. The purpose of the study is to investigate the effective use of different booking channels by SANParks.

We wish to assure you that all information we receive will remain confidential and that your participation will remain anonymous. Your contribution to this study is extremely important to ensure the success of the project. Your participation in this research study is, however, voluntary. You may choose not to participate and you may withdraw your consent to participate at any time. You will not be penalised, in any way, should you decide to withdraw from this study.

The questionnaire has been structured in such a way that it facilitates quick and easy completion and it should only take you 10 minutes to complete. Your task is to answer the questions as accurately and truthfully as possible. There are no correct answers.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to complete the questionnaire to be found on the link: https://tuks.qualtrics.com/SE/?SID=SV_77EbXTbXZTsmY0B

Once the data has been analysed, summary findings will be made available to SANParks and Reservation House, with recommendations on how to respond to the results. In this way, your contribution to the research should benefit you in future since the booking process will be improved. The value and outcome of the research depends on your willingness to take part in this project.

Your Name Here says:To book with SANPARKS is always a battle from overseas and to get a determinate accommodation is a hassle. If I want a specific room in a hotel anywhere in the World and I pay in advance, I'll get it!!!! Not such chance with SANPARKS. Add the bad state of certain accommodations and the lack of updating of the supplies (braai, glasses, plates, pans, stoves etc.) which is badly neglected you end up staying outside the Park (in this case the KNP). In my particular case, I am staying a month OUTSIDE the KNP, because of my last experience with the accomodations in the park
