On 1 August 2012 the accommodation reservations for July 2013 open, an event eagerly anticipated by wildlife fans. A spot in Kruger during the winter school holidays is like gold, and people will go to great lengths to get the booking they want.
Jan la Grange wants to book four campsites at Satara in Kruger for two weeks during the school holidays, but he knows how difficult it is to get in. Best to come a day earlier. Jan has decided to camp outside the SANParks reservation office in Groenkloof to guarantee that he will be the first in line. We hope he gets the booking he camped for!
Bookings for the period 1-31 July 2013 will open on Wednesday 1 August 2012 at 07:30am.
