Greater Kestrel by Norman ClarenceGood news for birders! Bookings are open for birding weekends to take place in 2013 in the Kruger National Park. The weekends are organised by the SANParks Honorary Rangers of the West Rand Region in conjunction with Sasol and BirdLife South Africa.
The birding weekends in Kruger are very popular so bookings must be made in advance, as soon as possible...
Choose the weekend that suits you and the camp of your choice:
1st Weekend: 25 to 27 January 2013
Berg en Dal, Crocodile Bridge, Letaba, Lower Sabie, Mopani, Olifants, Punda Maria (extreme hard-core birding, long hours), Satara, Talamati Bush Camp.
2nd Weekend: 1 to 3 February 2013
Bateleur Bush Camp, Orpen, Punda Maria (extreme hard-core birding, long hours), Shimuwini Bush Camp, Sirheni Bush Camp, Skukuza
3rd Weekend : 8 to 10 February 2013
Biyamiti Bush Camp*, Punda Maria* (Normal birding), Shingwedzi, Talamati Bush Camp*
