Kruger visitors praise good service
Bongani Khoza at the Olifants Camp restaurant in KrugerGreat service from park staff make a trip to the wild a pleasure from start to finish, as Abram Pretorius discovered on a trip to the Kruger National Park.
Abram Pretorius writes: “On a recent visit to Olifants Camp in the Kruger National Park we received excellent service from our waiter. Bongani Khoza told us how a tree on the main deck, a type of wild fig, changes colour from season to season. Apparently monkeys love its fruit. Bongani’s service was extremely professional and he certainly knows how to engage tourists. With his skills and calm demeanour, Bongani can reach great heights. I would definitely recommend him for promotion.

“Josef Krokodil is stationed at Makhadzi picnic spot north of Letaba in Kruger, where
he sells colddrinks and rents gas ‘skottels’ to visitors. He also makes the most beautiful flowers from empty colddrink cans. My wife Davina and I regularly visit and this year we presented Josef with a pair of pliers to help him with his flower creations.”
