Feed your appetite for adventure with the annual Banff International Mountain Film Festival. It kicks off in Ster-Kinekor cinemas on 3 November and Wild is giving away five sets of double tickets!

This is the 12th year that Cape Union Mart is bringing a riveting collection of 11 adrenalin-pumping shorts to South Africa. Experience untamed adventure in beautifully wild places, from Iceland’s frosty surf spots and Utah’s canyon country to Siberia’s snowy slopes and SA’s mountain streams.

Ster-Kinekor cinema lovers will be delighted with this year’s winning entry from the Cape Union Mart Adventure Film Challenge. A meditation on the wonders of fly-fishing, One fly at a time by South African filmmaker Dewald Brand captures the untouched beauty of Limietberg Nature Reserve.

Set in some of the world’s most dramatic landscapes, the adventure films showcase outdoor activities such as trail running, bouldering, base jumping, surfing and skiing. You will be amazed at what these adventurers get up to! It’s hair-raising material that will leave you breathless, inspired and pumped to head out into nature.
